What is the ClaimWinger app?
ClaimWinger is a mobile app that helps passengers recover compensation for delayed, cancelled or overbooked flights under Regulation EU 261/2004. Instead of writing complaints and negotiating with the airline yourself, you run the whole process from your phone, and ClaimWinger handles the paperwork – all the way to court if needed.

Downloading and filing cost nothing. A fee applies only when you win.

Step 2: Enter your flight number
After signing in, you enter your flight number (e.g. BA432) and date. The app automatically checks your flight against a delay database and instantly estimates how much compensation you may be owed – €250, €400 or €600 depending on distance.

Step 3: Upload your documents
Photo of your boarding pass
Take a phone photo of your boarding pass – that's enough to confirm your booking. You can also add a departure-board screenshot or the airline's delay text. The app accepts files without strict format requirements.
Step 4: Sign the authorisation
Sign with your finger on screen
The final step is an electronic authorisation – you sign it with your finger directly on the screen. It authorises ClaimWinger to act on your behalf towards the airline. Done – your claim has been filed.
What happens after you file?
When do you get paid?
The timing depends on the airline and whether the case needs to go to court. When an airline accepts the claim quickly, payout usually follows within a few weeks. Disputed cases can take longer, but you track progress in the app throughout, and ClaimWinger bears the cost of pursuing the case.
